Is he Ravage Again? I'm sorry to read that as I used to bet with him at Milton Keynes back in the day and was a very decent man to trade with.

There are small housing estates in the area but it is mostly arable fenland.
The first rule of business is location, location, location.
How he can make a profit from a greyhound track in a field at the end of a US military aircraft runway miles from anywhere is beyond me.

Several developers are interested in buying the site and the city council is in ‘ongoing discussions with several parties’, according to cabinet member for planning and housing delivery Alex Hollingsworth.
He added: “The council’s intention, which we’ve made clear all along, is either the current owners bring it back into use as a leisure venue or sell to someone who will.
“I’m looking forward to seeing how these plans develop.
“The intention has always been to have something viable to the benefit of the community.
“Clearly we’d like it to happen sooner rather than later, but the planning policy is clear.”
Mr Hollingsworth previously said the council’s ‘last resort’ was buying the stadium from Galliard using a compulsory purchase order.
Galliard did not respond to a request for comment.

Suffolk Springs or whatever it is called will be fine.
The deals are all centred around SIS and their need for tracks when the bulk move to ATR/Entain.
They will obviously be putting in plenty of funds to help Boothby get these tracks
up and running and then be pulling up chunks in media rights.

GW was standing at Warwick horses when they reopened to the public. Pretty much bet with him all day. Still a gent.

The couple took the stadium to court in 2014 and won resulting in the threat of closure for the stadium.[12] In between the track experienced a temporary suspension following the exit of promoter Carl Harris.[13]

Funniest thing was lad called Balls
His family used to run a coach company from the back of the village
Played footbakl for them once
...and he did a right dirty tackle and ref wanted to book him
Ref said name, he said Balls and ref sent him off
Greyhound track was way out in the boonies
Good fishing out there though
......and the speedway tigers !
