Very sad, a lovely man, could listen to his stories for hours on end, best one he told me was years ago he wanted a dog to get beat so he walked it up hills all day, he said he himself was so knackered he could barely walk home, needless to say the dog bolted out the traps and won easy!!

Top man knew him when he was with Patsy at the Don RIP
Came across him several times on my visits to the Clonmel Coursing Finals. RIP.
Didnt know him very well. Met him couple o times. Shrewd operator. U wouldnt hear him shouting from the rooftops. Liked his dogs do talkin for him.
