Yes, is everyone getting the same?, I only sometimes get a picture then it goes black or freezes, chrome console logging a ton of errors, like a 1000 per second!

Anyone else no live video again tonight? I thought yesterday was probably due to worldwide Internet problems but happening again now, same thing, black screen and a 1000 errors per second in chrome console.

Same for me - just a black screen. Do not bother contacting "helpdesk" you will be told to hang on for 30 minutes while they look into it and then come back and ask you for the bet id....Terrible service.

no video here either...sorry to be so honest but the service does not deserve a 1/10

Been hit and miss for the last two days. Disgusting when they impose a charge for watching a service that you just cannot rely on

In fact i had a chat on messenger with them 2 weeks ago about how poor the service was and why if a race is delayed 10 minutes or more you cant watch it as it says its "finished"....i was promised a reply by email and i am still looking at the inbox waiting :-))

Best one I got was when I contacted them about markets advertised as going in play just disappearing when the match started(odi cricket on the sportsbook).

Three days later I got a response telling me that as the match had finished they would no longer be offering markets.

with most customer service actions on Betfair i either get a stupid response or they blame someone else.....i hear you :-))

Some of the tracks just started are working, near as I can tell it's only the tracks from one provider that has this problem. And yes when the races fall behind schedule that is another big problem as they sometimes seem to have some automation kick in turning the streams on/off based on the original races times which is useless when the races are very late
