Left click on the 3 dots at top right hand side of screen to reduce page down to 60% then you will see Forum along the top of the screen lift click on that then while that is loading click back on other Betfair box at top left side then the 3 dots again top left hand side to restore page size back to 100%. Don't know why Betfair have Changed layout of page, but this works.
