Where have you seen the trial sheet. Nothing on the Towcester website.

The whole card made up of only 2 trainers. Who in there right mind would allow that to happen.

Thanks Doc. Such a shame that it can’t be turned into a truly elite venue. Best trainers and dogs, proper prize money and decent TV coverage. Put the sport on the map again...
What was fastest trial Mike That time looks very decent from Sparta .

51 trials today, his was a 3-dog trial.No Walis dogs today to compare.
Although Mark Keightley had a few Roxholmes go round, not as fast as Sparta.
SIS blocked proposed initial meeting as they didn't like just 2 trainers for all races.
Now Kevin talking about having a gala meeting to open proceedings, but that seems fanciful.

I so want it to happen. As do many of the lads on here. Just seems to stumble from 1 bit of bad news to the other. It dont instill any confidence.

I’m sure with the situation around sport at mo.. there is an opportunity to get greyhound racing onto terrestrial tv. Towcester could be that way.. top dogs, trainers, decent facilities and can attract a high level of sponsorship. Not sure if they have tried or not? Maybe a Saturday evening slot to get “ pointless” of the TV guide
The GBGB are desperate for Towcester to succeed and Kevin Boothby must know this, so his project will be given
plenty of support and help from all quarters.
He is an optimistic bloke, and even though this is a Herculean task, if anyone can, he can.
