My contact in Ireland told me today Friday 1st May that Drumbo in Ireland is opening for trials next week

Footballers are back training at several clubs. Surely its safer to trial dogs than it is for people to be running about a field spitting everywhere.
If we wait for the government to invite us back we will wait forever. Get some dogs trialling and then racing can start sooner.

Did the football clubs ask if they can go back training? I dont suppose so, they just did it. It needs someone to take some decisions and get it moving. Dog racing would be no danger to anyone.

What are the reasons that solo trials cannot be run at present? Or three dog trials? It’s not breaking any rules is it? The GBGB seem to be scared of their own shadows!! Of all the sports, surely this is one of the easiest to have running and keep social distancing, risk to a minimum?

I have heard Trials to commence within 2 weeks , One Kennel in at a Time ???
