i know nothing about u.s.a horse racing i don't play anyway someone asked for a favour to bet a horse in 6.42 tampa bay downs today i got someone to put the bet on hard nsweet on the early price anyway horse not run yet person who put bet on got e.mail already

Let's name and shame them.......mine was the pathetic outfit that is LADBROKE/CORAL......as above one bet on the Americans.....lost, still looking for it tip toeing back to the stables.....next morning, account restricted to coppers. Gambling Commission if you are reading......stop this insulting behaviour now!
Liquidity is preety good at the moment on the American racing and plenty available on here unless of course you want to bet 10 hours before the off. Still it's a bit of a cheek restricting people after marking their cards.
I’ve found them worse than ever during this lockdown. I picked myself a track in Australia and have put some serious hours in to try and nick a wage till this lockdown is over. Predictably they’ve all behaved as per normal and killed accounts to pennies. I wouldn’t mind as much but it just shows how crap they are and how poor their compilers are that they run scared from me on stuff I knew nothing about four weeks ago. Also may I add the stakes involved were small from the start. I was only having £40s and £50s on and usually the night before racing so no possibility I was arbing. Yet restricted to absolute peanuts now.
You can get three figure bets on here at the moment no trouble, but if not arbing why bet so early?

They are employing folk where it is their job to compile the odds.

They price up 24 hours in advance some meetings. I like to get something on early if I think the price is right. Betfair at that stage haven’t even loaded the markets. It’s not like I’ve been right every time either. Take today. Had a bet at 7/2 about one that went off 6.6 on here. Also it is over 7% commission on here where I’m playing and throw the PC Into the argument it makes it far better for me if I can win some away from here. My point was I thought they’d be crying out for some business but obviously not.
Also I ain’t been betting dogs at 4/1 that have gone off 2.2 on here like we can on the English racing with them pricing up off the post.
I actually think it’s more to do with the fact they can see you are disciplined and not throwing bets on at loads of different **** that they hate.

Ah yes the commission on the Australian racing makes a big difference but I never touch it myself. I do like the American racing with the normal 2% but never bet with bookmakers anymore and haven't done so for more than 15 years.
Watching more and more of the stuff Sparrow im seeing quite a lot of well placed very very late money into the US horses, literally just before they jump, possible with a motive not to damage the pool returns
You have to realise there is a considerable amount coming in late from off course into the tote as well.

Why do you say that wedge? It gives the impression that people should only gamble on greyhound racing and that anything else constitutes a serious illness!!

Some may be doing just that wedge but speaking for myself I have been betting on American Racing for more than 15 years now.

was 9t2 that's what they took got value but still got to win

Whoever it is certainly knows a thing or two but thanks for putting them up dr. Been a good lockdown for me on the American racing these past 6 weeks.
My records have been telling for me for the past 2 years that I should stay with the American racing and not bother with ours. But I'm mostly a place backer and the increased liquidity these past 6 weeks have made a big difference.
