Are they still operating during the lockdown?

Are there many left? Does anyone have a list?

I believe there are two left operating one in Wales and one in Askern,mr Doncaster.I have been told there is one operating in Scotland but of that I’m not sure.I was at Askern track 4 weeks ago but it wasn’t a race day it has a outside hare ,when I raced my dogs there 30 years ago it was a inside hare

Nice little nostalgic video of the Staines track. Last time I was round that way it was a fish centre, by a bridge on the M25. Approximately if I remember!

Here is a flapping video, if you can understand the dialect. I'm a Yorkshireman, flapped there myself 40+ years ago in the heyday and when the track was much better, and I had trouble with what they were saying. Recognised a lot of people on there and resonated with their philosophy. Remember going to a sale there and one of guys from Ireland selling said "trouble with you guys is that you want to pay £50 for a dog and bet £200 on it. You should pay £200 for dog and bet £50". Very true and never forgot it.
