Just out of curiosity, is it a thing done sober, or do you sometimes have a tinny or two?

I will often go to pub for a couple n watch a few races. I would not be as hardcore as some i know. Locked away in there office 10 12 hrs at a time. I couldn,t do it at my age. I do my cards as they come in. 3 or 4 days b4 i get them i look at them decide which races i want to play then i will do form for the races i want to play. 1 or 2 races. 3 at most on a card.

Sounds a good tactic. A drink or two can get your mind racing, more alert to things if you like but in the same respect, they say it can cloud judgement
