BETTING ANALYSIS

I don't know how many forumites analyse their bets on an annual basis but I do it every year and for the first time I am finding figures coming up from the "my account" area that do not agree with what  actually happened on the night.
The example below shows a bet I alledgedly had on 13th November through a bot, it is saying that I had 2.15 sterling on a dog called SERENITY CATCHME at Peterboro on 13th Nov who finished out of the frame. The first bet has been settled correctly if I actually had it (doubtful seeing the price asked was 1.81 for a place and the bitch went off at 33/1) , but the second bet I never even had ..+22.43 from 2 quid at 12.6. I never copped this on the night and certainly never had the bet. Basically the dog appears to have been settled as a loser on one bet and a winner on the other, but both were for a place in the same race. Just to add I contacted Betfair about this and they said "We cannot guarentee the accuracy of these figures"
