Cheers L.H. I just can't stand the track! Seriously mate I get distressed even watching with no financial interest I loathe the place that much. So no Derby fancies from me I'm afraid. But yes I'm in quite decent nick recently so long may that continue.
I agree Fattie, I thought turning for the second bend his action didn't look right but like you say B.B. did come home ok but it has never been one to have the utmost faith in really.
jason barrasford was promoting 2/5 hutton as a great price on the in-running market for that judgement day meeting.....got beat not a hint of embarrassment.....holloway was involved because the mcnairs withdrew and john mullins could not put up a team.......

something weird happened at the end of the 21:12 at Towcester tonight. all the dogs stopped
It was bizarre, the 4 dog with the race seemingly won literally stopped just before the line.
I think the local Donny dog in 3 has a great place chance here at approaching 4.0.

She needed a little trouble in front of her but it was a clean run race.
So much about greyhound racing is mired in the past. The flag is a minor but good example. There is no reason whatsoever for its continued use, and certainly no reason at all for it being placed on top of the traps once used. The whole game needs a complete overhaul by an organisation that cares. Shame there isn't one.
You have my respect sparrow so no desire to argue or contradict other than we learn nothing from the past - experience tells us that all the time in my view. But we didn't learn to fly in space or blitz away blood clots on the brain or design and create an internet by looking at the past and staying there.
Of course there are lots of fundamental and traditional things which are forever true but without forward thinking we go nowhere.

He actually understands the sport and is consistently the only voice that swims against the relentless tide and says it as it really is and not soft soap it like the sycophantic masses continuously do.
He'd get my vote anyway for what it's worth. Which probably doesn't amount to a great deal though really to be fair.

Swift Iconic, as young as it is, leading for a part of the race will encourage connections. Could conceivably improve a bit and progress.
