laid a loser back the winner never got paid phoned supposed helpline based in malta could not hardly understand person on other end first said i placed bet late checked time 2 minutes early.then something about put a wrong name of a runner up so all bets void jokers

Same here and they told me it was suspended late so ALL bets void. Really is dodgy having bets with this mob anymore as they done the same thing this morning...incompetent fools. There F UCK UP they should pay. WHY ARE THE PEOPLE THAT WERE ON BEFORE THE OFF MADE TO SUFFER....someone else please come along and run a PROPER BETTING EXCHANGE!

its a common problem especially if theres a non runner ,i check to make sure its the same dogs as per race card or i wont place a bet on the exchange,sometimes they are way behind with the non runners

Does anyone (including Betfair personnel) know why this race was not settled?
There were no non runners from the advance card. If there were issues with suspending on this race surely it is possible to identify those bets matched prior to any error caused by a delay in suspending at the normal time. This matter appears to have been caused by the incompetence of the exchange/traders and punters should be compensated, if need be by way of ex-gratia payment from Betfair. |

Each of these greyhounds have been listed on the exchange previously so must have been held in a database. Are all previous races where the said greyhound, if there was one, to be voided retrospectively? |

It is now being suggested that a runner was added to the market and then removed so the market had to be voided.
Perhaps they could let us know at what time this imaginary runner was added to the market and then removed! Was it added in error after the off because it was not noticed on screen before? Previously, they have provided us a link to the result which showed an off time for the race. At least this proves my bets voided were placed before the off. |

.....gave me a thirty quid sports bonus for the Sportsbook lol.........Went to put thirty quid on a horse and it said 4 quid max, never backed a horse winner in me life. What a shambles this company now is, oh and they said couldn't do anything about the Sportsbook limit so transfered it to the exchange!

I backed winner on this race .HAVE RUNG 3 TIMES IN 24 HRS AND ASKED FOR A RETURN CALL FOR EXPLANATION OF NON PAYMENT???????NO CALL AS YET.BACKED A WINNER 4 WEEKS AGO MARKET VOIDED AS THEY HAD NOT PUT RESERVE IN RACE BETTING. 2ND RACE AT NEWCASTLE LAST NIGHT WENT TO HAVE A BET MARKET WAS VOIDED 2 MINS BEFORE OFF AND RE OPENED AS THEY HADNT PUT RESERVE IN T3.FEEL NOW CANT HAVE ANYMORE GREYHOUND BETS AT ALL WITH BETFAIR. ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISCRACE.OFFERED ME A 70 QUID FREE BET FOR A FAULT OF THEIRS I REFUSED IT AND AM AWAITING A CALL STILL I TURN OVER THOUSND OF POUNDS WEEKLY AND WILL BE HAVING NO MORE BETS UNTILL I GET A CALL BACK
