If you mean the video archive on the RP site then you can access them using the Firefox browser on your laptop or desktop.

I can't remember ever having a problem with Firefox just with Chrome.
Perhaps uninstalling and then reinstalling Firefox might solve it.

I can't remember how I fixed things with Firefox but it wasn't too difficult. Possibly something to do with the Shockwave Flash.

I have access your locations, install add ons, load images, maintain offline storage, open pop ups, receive notifications, set cookies, share the screen, use the camera, use the microphone

Maybe the rptv team have wrote a marco associated with the latest version

It checks if the punter is a loser and if so allows the person to view the videos

Maybe that's why it works for sparrow Cool

This could be the reason for Firefox problems.

Why do Java, Silverlight, Adobe Acrobat and other plugins no longer work?

Beginning in Firefox version 52 released March 7, 2017, installed NPAPI plugins are no longer supported in Firefox, except for Adobe Flash. Some of the plugins that will no longer load in Firefox, even though they may be installed on your computer, include Java, Microsoft Silverlight and Adobe Acrobat. See this compatibility document for details.

Over the past few years, Firefox has implemented various Web APIs so that websites can do the same things they’ve always done without plugins, so you will most likely not notice any change to your browsing experience.
