BET365 REFUSE TO PAY OUT

i have had at least 10 bet365 accounts this year in friends and family accounts, all closed.
i am not the the only one, hundreds of people are doing it.
this girl has probally opened this account for some one else.
if the bet had got beat, not a word would be said.
the only reason bet365 are refusing payout is because it copped and came to over a million pound.

NO 3rd party  ,they have opened a tin of Worms here they will have accepted Literally Millions in bets on the Grand National
etc ,that been placed on behalf of others ,It is not illegal to put a bet on for someone in high st shops why would it be illegal to do the same online ?? How would the young lady know it was not Legal ?


I notice they have not returned her Stakes as soon as they do they should be dead in the Water ,Every one should get on to

the Company saying they were placing bets for someone else and as they would not have been paid out demand their Money Back

if the bets laid it should be honoured as if it lost do you think they would be giving her the money back,bookmakers make me sick ,scum of the earth

seems they have been caught napping, 19 yr old student places a mind boggling monster of a bet .. stake £25k. !

should have just taken the hit and then looked back as to how to improve their security/safeguards. imo.

Scum like all of these so called bookmakers.....should have their licence revoked.....how can it be correct ?..... Can't get a pound with bet £3.65 , nothing with pp or betunfair sportsbook , pony hills , score largecrooks , pointless the rest....there needs some legislation for these frauds to be able to operate.....nobody puts in any effort to price up properly and then you are not allowed to bet their ricks......disgusting

so some random person opens an account and places near o 25 k bet dream on its an coup and its been rumbled greed will always be the downfall

If you laid it ,would you be calling the Customer when it lost to say we believe this is 3rd party Bet ,here is your Money Back ,Bet should have been picked up Customer informed and Account suspended ...

Well here is a Story

Think was early last year Had an Account in MY NAME  ,My Bets were being placed at a certain Dog track Could not believe the bets  that were being accepted ,it went on for Months The account was Ahead ,Any way a Certain bet was placed on a Dog £2000
at 3-1 on the earlies the dog started 11-4 or 3-1 ,The bet was clearly out of Line as I don't punt in them amounts, Sadly the
dog was Beat a sh hd .Anyway I thought well at least that should Keep the account going a While ,not so the account was fully
restricted that evening  ,They had clearly being using the Account as a mark as soon as I took a price the Odds were cut ETC ..

Anyway I emailed 635 and asked why they had taken the Bet if they were only going to Close the account After it ,and I CLEARLY EXPLAINED that there was another party, Parties involved in the bet who could have put their bets on elsewhere
as we owned a Leg in the Dog ,the reply basically told me to fck off as Expected ...

AT NO FXCKING POINT DID THEY TELL ME THE BET WAS ILLEGAL AND MY MONEY SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED 

case why dont you get in contact with that girls lawyer ,he might get you your £2k back

Never gave it a Thought Garry tbh ,was unaware of the Written rule .That the Account was in my name and I have clearly told them what was going on ,IE wtf didn't they just a lay a couple of hundred instead of Taking an account Closing bet ,Obviously

sent a passport copy, bank statement, electric and phone bill
ended up arbing the winnings out
was only about 130 quid
went on for months

you're not the only 1 to have had issues with those counts irish

Will get abused now!! Never had a problem with them, Sportsbook and PP, fook all allowed, got the trader decision e mail from Skybet earlier, that after having £160 on even money loser Saturday

Casemoney..................your situation is massively relevant..... in this case you must get in touch with the girls lawyers. Im sure if she gets paid you wil be on at least a drink!!!!!

  The Reason I revealed what the bet was to them was because I was pished off stow ,it made F.A sense ,in no way did I expect the bet would be accepted Im practically certain the BET MAX was 2k and it did not go to trader, Obviously having that amount on saved having to have other bets elsewhere, but If a monkey had been accepted would have been very happy as a far bet to lay .. To
lay the Bet then close the Account absolutely Rediculous Spec as it Lost ,All I can think is that the Account was being used
as a Mark ...In what way it was being used is another Question Perhaps someone along the Line was not Involved ...

The 2k obviously was picked up Post race and perhaps a closer inspection of the Account was made then .

perhaps they valued the mark for 200 quid @ 3/1 but didn't want to accommodate it for the expense of 2k @ 3/1??

now I would say WHY offer a bet max of 2k then in that case

maybe its to do what it did...flush out an account giving them business that they didn't want in the long run??

So if Bet365 are allowed to not pay this bet, then I take it that I can claim back losses on accounts opened in other other people's names for my bets, whereby the account has been restricted/ closed when Bet365 have won on the account ? They are opening a tin of worms here are they not ? Seems they just want to make their own rules up that suit them.
