How is Droopys Latina 6/4? Seriously, Southfield Jock needs oxygen off the last, Latina should have the beating of Ballycannon Bob up and have the inside to himself as everything else is middle, yes it's his first race around the track and his first race in a long time but he has already shown he can do huge runs fresh and I really thought he'd be odds on in this.
Bubbly Turbo looks big as well at 3/1, thought he was desperate unlucky at Romford last Friday easily showing the best pace up before getting no run, the dog was 2nd in the Juvenile Classic at Tralee and with only 6 runs behind him is open to any amount of improvement, personally think he is the best Bubbly dog in the comp. A level break and he should lead around and although he would not any further than 480m he should get it just about alright.

Sorry but I'd be against Latina. At the price difference, 7/2 Jock could hold on. Fast dog this and can kick on back straight. Not even sure Latina will beat Ballycannon Bob up and make him a small bet at 12/1
Again, at the price differencial, gone for 10/3 Toolmaker Scot over fav Ballymac Shirley. Both rapid but Toolmaker inside and may hold on, slipping into a winning lead 5/2 Clondoty Alex is in-form and can go in again. Here, make Badabing the 10/1 each-way choice, for place money Good luck! |

Has this been the plot for Gleeson's Latina for months? Forget the derby they just waded in tonight? Cant have it on my mind at a short price. In Ireland it can be sloppy at the start, runs a dodgy 3rd bend, wants further and hasnt had a 4 bend race in 5 months. Other than that if t3,t4 or t5 lead they will post 28.40 and if t2 gets a clear it will do 28.40 odd. Big bet 3 at 8/1, laid t1. |

As i said, thought 480m is really stretching his limit but he is decent up and down the back, put his ears up and almost stopped into the 3rd, can't see the hare but wonder was it short at that point as usual ??
