BAGs i think

I take it will be mainly all opens then on the extra meeting? Can't see them getting another graded card on. They haven't got the dogs to fill the 4 meetings what are on at the moment.

Let's hope the new year rings a change in the grading system. Dogs up in grade for not winning. Dogs running from any trap which makes it skittle racing IMO. It's not all about extra prize money to get the owners interested.

they have already employed an extra trainer chris
|
|
By:
Yes they did employ Chris but they are still having 5 dogs races off the bags and sometimes there isn't a reserve for a bags race. Also there isn't many trial dogs coming on.
|
|
By:
Yet they still seem to have a lot more trials than some other tracks. 57 last Tuesday plus those before racing.

Most of the dogs trialling though are established dogs who are coming back from lameness. I remember when a trial session used to last over 3 hours with 3 pages of dogs. Now they can fit them onto 1 page.

they trial before racing on 4 race days as well

Yes I know. They don't have many though do they? They will need another trainer IMO if they are having a extra meeting ( unless it's a open race meeting )
