Went to Nottingham last night for the 1st time this year, betting hall had a refurb but No seats in there.
When asked a security guy why that was, said to ask Rachel it was her decision.
All the old chaps were moaning about it,one said that you were expected to stand on your
feet from 6pm to 10.30 pm.
Would Rachel or Dave Baldwin stand on there feet for that amount of time.
What ever happened to customer service ???.

I was thinking about taking my dad but don't think i'll bother he's not not capable of standing for that long.
Chances are you won't get a seat in bar on Saturday night.

I cant ever recall the betting area having seats.
The area in front of the on course layers was roughly only big enough for a handful of people.
Then to the side was a high street bookie area again only small no room for seats was there ?

All the seating was then through next door in the pub area where the tote operators were along with the cafe.
