Sorry but at about 7/1 apiece, finding it hard to get away from the joint favs
Butts Mott wins for fun, has a fantastic 18 wins from 23 races on her card, game as they come and wont easily be denied Jaytee China is very much a favourite bitch of mine. Missed the 8/1, but flew round in a recent trial and with a record of 7/10 wins in this country herself, could take some holding Not quite for me but others to consider if you want to avoid the favourites, 14/1 apiece recent Irish imports Jaytee Osprey and Tyrur Annaleen. Osprey reached the fourth round of the Irish Derby and prior to that won the Champion Bitch final in fine style at Galway and nippy type Annaleen has an unblemished, 3 out of 3 perfect record on these shores 33/1 Greenwell Lark is as good a bitch as you get when fully tuned. Doesn't look at her best but a force to be reckoned with if bouncing back Couple at 66/1 apiece I've thrown loose change at: Fridays Angel is fast on her day, has scope after seasonal rest and could surprise a few. Also, Swift Stranraer. At last the penny's dropped, she's got her act together with 4 wins from 6 races recently and sure there have been many worse chances at this price, both each-way Good luck! |

Do you really think Mott and China are a 3/1 shot coupled Woody??
By:
Seems short but fair bets on them, so worthwhile. Do think one of them will win. What would you be putting up against them?
By:
Think there are a few stand-out pairs in current competitions like Adageo Bob/Airport Captain and Bubbly Zeus/Tyrur Tommy. Sometimes go against the obvious, as have done in the Essex Vase though
By:
I was going to put up 2 against the field but Woody has already mentioned Swift Stranraer so I'm advising an each way punt on Old Fort Cracker who looks a standout bet @ 40/1 with Chandlers and Korals.
The litter has been tremendously successful in England this year (I think the dam had a treble on Steel City Cup Final night) and the 28.76 (-20) run by this bitch at Newbridge last month was the sign that she can be another feather in the cap of Swift Eva. After bursting through the bars in her trial she got completely lost round the first two bends but still clocked a decent enough 28.17 behind her more experienced kennelmate Forest Sara. Cracker might need a couple of decent breaks but she doesn't stop over this trip and I can see her going a long way in this (first 3 through in every round) event. By the way Swansalona Diva brought gasps from the stopwatch brigade with her run from half way in her trial at the Zoo the other day. Hopefully all forumites present will be invited to the after-final party if things go her way in this competiion. Be lucky all and particularly PS. |

cheers for good wishes miss wales, its a cracking comp imo this year (not just cos shes in it),best of luck to all connections!

Think she'll be cutting through rivals like a hot knife through butter. Fingers crossed she keeps qualifying for ya, Patrick!
By:
I'd rather seen her run tonight in the vase!
But gl pat ! |
By:
Had good look though found one stand out
Bet i will wait for rest to go up THE LAST HEAT can't have the fav on my mind She's top class bitch but what I've read Rush job to get her ready could be that she needs the run or two So BURNFOOT BELLE 7/2 or bigger going to my bet I think she lead hold on from the fav ! Brave man be backing somethink in the first heat it's stacked up with ep types If snow wizard bigger than 12-1 id think about it on the draw ! |
By:
9/2 4/1 belle !!! Thank you
By:
Main bet the all trap 1 Annaleen/China/Butts treble, paying about 11/2
Also fancy 2/1 Osprey and 6/4 Sara, also coupled 5.85/1 Butts/Inky f/c, paying 6.72/1 Evanta/Abbey/Angel and Evanta/Angel/Abbey tricasts, paying about 32/1 apiece Singles 5/1 each Sue and Lark, 13/2 Karma, 10/1 Stranraer and 8/1 each Marmalady and Angel That's my little lot. Action will be coming thick and fast in Gorton Good luck! |
By:

Cursed luck. Bit View Ma moved off from T3 first round so, wearing red in Friday's semis, she's going to give Jaytee China a right clout alongside
. Hot heat too, so ust hope China qualifies ![]() |

Heats have been redrawn now
By:
BELLE VUE took the option of re-drawing the quarter-finals of the ECC Timber Oaks on Monday after deliberation led to the seeding of Bit View Ma changing from rails to middle.

By:
redrawn??
again?? |
By:
what sort of clowns are they?? had to redraw them for round 1 as well as they forgot to guard certain bitches and now they obviously had Bit View Ma down as unseeded instead of (m)
By:
Just redrawn the once pf think woodys comments were originally about the first draw for the qfs.
By:
I didnt know they hax a redraw first round aswell pf, seems a bit of a joke to me really.

It's the GRA folks whatta do you expect

By:
Belle Vue racing office are great exponents of Murphy's Law, which can be paraphrased in this case as....
If it's possible to fcuk it up, we'll do it. |
By:
Quarter finals of the Oaks and 5/6 Cashen Maureen will surely prove hard to contain in the opening qualifier. Another favourite 10/11 Jaytee China can stamp her authority on the competition in the next. Not totally given up on 8/1 Greenwell Lark yet and may be a shrewd move with favs Butts Mott and Tyrur Annaleen both beaten in the first round. Liking 7/4 Evanta Evita to just beat same price and impressive heat winner Forest Sara
Good luck! |
By:
After the sad ko and injury to Jaytee China, Cashen Maureen looks the part now. Not quite given up on Butts Mott and Greenwell Lark yet though
By:
Butts Mott what's peoples opinion
Carrying somethink or trained to a tee To peak in final ???? If she gets there that is |
By:
Looks below best to me Fatty. Maureen fits the bill now
By:
Reckon 5/6 Cashen Maureen will take a stranglehold on the Oaks tonight. Been disappointed with Butts Mott but Greenwell Lark, 11/2 tonight, could still go well. Liking 4/5 Evanta Evita and 20/1 Paradise Abbey not totally ruled out to cause the shock and chase her home
Good luck! |

this has become a **** nite without sunderland
will enjoy my Christmas party package tonite ! ![]() |

Personally I think we have to believe the evidence of our eyes FATTIE and believe she is just a bit below her best. Astonishing how Cashen Maureen has suddenly turned back into the greyhound her Irish form always promised she'd be. A change of kennel often makes a difference ( not always - often ). That's not to say that Ted Soppitt can't train - far from it - but something at Imperial Kennels obviously agrees with her. Hope she wins it for the best trainer in the land.
