did hear one interesting story from the sale,guy spent 15k,paid 5k cash,wrote a cheque for the other 10 and then stopped the cheque

You're making a show of yourself if ya ask me from your comments on this thread and the other. Only one person at the sale paid by cheque and it was for just over £15k and has cleared.
