While it is certainly unsatisfactory at best, the story says it is not currently a prohibited substance for Greyhounds.

would take a lot of fun out of second guessing these thick fckers tho its the only way they can play the game it seems

no good to the dogs and so obvious do they honestly think they are clever?

can be used for dogs who suffer from car sickness but in very very small doses

We have never tested for it over here except for the past few weeks when they started going back over old samples.

These published results are the tiniest tip of the iceberg. Extensively used in some kennels and basically allowing them to keep going financially.

If the GBGB put 2 and 2 together there will be $hit all over the place but I suspect they're either not capable of doing that or will sweep it under the carpet.

I'v no doubt it will be tested for going forward but how long will it be before the next tablet comes along.

they have been testing 2013 samples as a matter of interest i have used it on my pet dogs in minute quantities to cure travel sickness.the results show some racers have been given 4 times the adult human quantity.that is enough  in my opinion to have dogs crashing into rails.

i believe the trainers concerned will not be charged under prohibited substance law but perhaps under care for the dogs in their charge.one of the trainers named is transfering his license to his partner he must be expecting action.

Supplements that can be bought which turn into more red cell than white cells in the blood which gives a dog more energy and maybe stay further but is there a legal percentage of how much red cells that are allowed in a greyhounds blood system in a drug test or is this test not done on a drug test or is there no test for testing the amount of red cells in a greyhounds blood.

I cannot believe he has said that ,this a supposed intelligent man employed as a greyhound journalist

this thread is as a result of the Australian greyhound authorities not keeping up with the "new" drugs on the market 2012/13
these have been imported to Ireland
they have then been put into dogs sold in the UK

only guessing .....Plain
