Anyone got any views on the apparent stopping of dogs at the third bend . They seem to run into it and then pull up or bunch . I had one there last week that eased to nothing when two in front (pocket talking)but it just seems to be happening a little too much and especially lately . Either the hare is run too short at that point or the bend needs remodelling . Too many incidents to be a coincidence.......
used to go there regular when it was the first bend and two old stagers from the football world used to go out on the terracing for many years and always judge the dogs by how they went around that bend. as the years went by they sat inside as close as possible to that corner , one has since gone but one thing they always judged a new pup on was how it cornered there. Apparently Wandsworth was the same back in the day.
