Is there a call for it for dogs like Garryglass Rodge and Golden Wonder? Never thought of before to my knowledge, so sure the answer will be no but would make for cleaner races. The argument is its unfair to the dog drawn to the left of such dogs, although it would obviously greatly benefit these bang railers

if they run at diff tracks all the time who would decide they are auto TRap1 though? dont think it can work.

however I do think there should be balancing of the seeds tho, this comp is a good exmple where in Round 1 Blanco was in Trap 1 , 5 middle seeds and a wide in a raceCry and one of the semis where many middle seeds and another railer heavy.

seems better for watching racing, for betting (arguably) and for welfare, imo. Tho I can see peoples argument that this might favour some dogs/trainers over others re comp entries.

RM's growing cajones and seeding dogs properly would help, imo

not sure you can make a case for always allocating a particular trap to a dog in open races

however, I defo think they can look at classifying middle seeds into railing middles, middle middles and wide middles

obviously garryglass rodge, golden wonder, etc would still be unseeded but there would be fewer unseeded runners, this should address the problem where connections will leave dogs unseeded whereas in reality they want a middle slot but dont want to end up in 5/6
