Does anybody have any outstanding greyhound bets with Blue Square?

I have a bet on the Masters Golf which didn't show when I activated the new account. Emailed them on the 4th April, no reply as yet.

I have an outstanding bet with Blue Square for the Greyhound Derby. I am unable to contact them, Betfair now do not accept my Blue Square Account number.
Bet is not shown on my current Betfair Account - What is going on.
Not surprised at Bl Sq but thought Betfair were better than that.

no1 ante post show, but bf have said they will get paid into yer bf account.
b shape are paying em tobf who are passing em on, bf didnt buy the liabilities.

Todays article on Blue Square in the Racing Post Quotes a former BS customer saying on facebook "Still waiting for them to honour my ante-post Grand National bet which they have failed to pass on to Betfair."
Betfair have said people with outstanding bets would be advised by E mail it hasnt happened.
Punters shouldnt suffer because of dodgy deals by others. Betfair have a moral responsibility to sort it out.

I have one ante post football bet that did not show when I looked. I'll see if it wins before bothering chasing it up
