Leamaneigh Turbo will go for the new big stake coming up at Limerick i'd imagine.

As for Madison you will see him in the Easter Cup next i'd imagine.

seems strange the 2 x Drapers dogs in Juvenile, they seem to have been around for ages.

Would think Glenmire Lad and Pluto 'hound would be in.
Report mint February 13, 2013 2:41 PM GMT

SOME OF THE PUPPY EVENTS DONT CARRY MUCH WEIGHT ANYMORE
THE GYMCRACK AT KINSLEY FOR ONE
who ever in the race sure to be a good one in anycase
Report woodmanchester February 13, 2013 8:50 PM GMT
Seems to have been around a long time but howabout Bubbly Phoenix? He's an Apr10 whelp, whereas Eske and Warhawk Sept10. However, Phoenix was running in puppy races last year, (2nd to Newinn Rocket in Monmore Puppy Derby).
Report FATTIEWHITEYSLOVEADRINK February 13, 2013 10:07 PM GMT
Newinn monmore
Jaytee northern
WARHAWK wimbo
Notts puppy winner not fit
Gymcrack who won that again?
Eske what puppy event did he win hove?
Hope oaks winner

more or less got the line up
Report roberto69 February 14, 2013 12:37 PM GMT
Woody, the Monmore Puppy Derby doesnt count for this , too early in the year for qualification  purposes
Report Swayne February 14, 2013 12:51 PM GMT
yes, think Newinn Rocket too old.

Didnt Eske win the Nott puppy and then all aged at Hove

Fattie, which Jaytee are you referring to? There's seems so many - did'nt Teejays Blue win the Northrn?
Report Swayne February 14, 2013 12:54 PM GMT
youre right mint, Pluto has not won equiv comps, but other than last couple of runs he was a talking dog winning SKY races, and now he's with Lister too...the RP journalist selectors more into fashion than substance
Report FATTIEWHITEYSLOVEADRINK February 14, 2013 1:04 PM GMT
Tee jays your right
Got me jaytee and teejays
In a twist
Report woodmanchester February 14, 2013 1:23 PM GMT
Jaytee Hellcat could be a wild-card? He was joint fav with Lemon Pluto in Teejay Bluehawk's Northern Puppy Derby and has a 28.38sec on his card at Wimbledon. Incidentally, he makes his comeback in the 10.26 at Hove tonight
Report Swayne February 14, 2013 2:06 PM GMT
last year

Mill Maximus (Unreal Timmy)
Coolavanny Bert
Eden Star
Farloe Iceman
Silverview Perky
Go Go Sonic

All proper Cat 1 winners at time of race.

Can't see this year being near as strong, tho think last year was exceptional
Report Addy_D February 15, 2013 1:55 AM GMT
fats - droopys hope also won the gymcrack - so she surely gets a run?

Barrie Draper's star Sheffield duo Farlow Warhawk and Ballymac Eske have recorded an identical 16.02sec in trials over 280m, just a neck slower than Farloe Barracuda clocked when winning last night
Report woodmanchester February 20, 2013 2:21 PM GMT
Oh, sure you know Barracuda is their kennelmate, as is the flying but injury-prone Eden Star, what a kennel!
Report irishone February 20, 2013 2:51 PM GMT
there is going to be enough of this sh!te on here when the final six are actually announced
speculation as to the participants is about as much use as guessing who the next pope is going to be Laugh
Report Swayne February 20, 2013 4:52 PM GMT
Irish, are you not a taig?...I have good money on you for next pope, I hear PP even getting a betting shop built in St Peters Sq for ya. Dont tell me Ive done my dough...Cry
Report irishone February 20, 2013 7:21 PM GMT
Think its down to two, Woody's inconsistency could leave me with egg on my face, but with his bald head he has the equipment on top, BBC2 is an out and out stayer, so he could be running on at the end, but PF is a lively outsider and is likely to make a great race of it, fantastic race in prospect . Good luck all. Wink
Report Swayne February 20, 2013 7:43 PM GMT
sounds a proper Italian job then..
Report BJG March 8, 2013 12:26 PM GMT

Report woodmanchester March 13, 2013 4:17 PM GMT
Normal going. 28.36 Hellcat, 28.42 Alien, 28.36 Eske, 28.77 Bluehawk, 28.62 Warhawk (off a flying 4.70 split). Also, 28.48 Phoenix
Report Catford Toteboard March 14, 2013 12:17 AM GMT
Did anyone on here go to this morning's trials? Should've gone myself really. Not much between them on the clock so I guess it depends on how much improvement we can expect from each. Any thoughts?
Report woodmanchester March 14, 2013 8:44 AM GMT
Not seen trials but Warhawk will be leading with a 4.70 split and Eske only a whisker behind him in Puppy Derby. Sure little to chose between them round Plough Lane. Hellcat's trial same as Eske but doubt very much he'll repeat that in the race proper. Alien only needs to improve slightly, but could. Personally, dont think the Lenson dog or Bluehawk will figure
