as a young lad i would watch chelsea who had a crap training ground in hendon.they used to have an evil full back called chopper harris.when chelsea signed a new star forward he would take great delight in booting the new team mate up in the air.all the team knew what would happen the reaction of the new player to this treatment decided if they were accepted as part of the team.
