Time for Feltham to go - the organisation is not fit for purpose. Makes you wonder where the GBGB are in all this?

The GRA will eventually sell off all the stadiums as greyhound racing no longer provides sufficient cash flow to service their multi million pound borrowing facility to purchase the stadiums. Galliard Homes are not putting money in to prop up greyhound racing end of story. Oxford and Wimbledon will go to pare down the debt and balance the books. Five years time..Perry Bar or Hall Green as money dries up. The GRA have had their day and it seems to me are purely managing the debt and decline of racing as they see it. They will not waive a magic wand. We all know greyhound racing is profitable run correctly. For too long practioners and those that care have relied upon independant promoters and track owners. Serious efforts should be made now to purchase the Birmingham and Manchester tracks by those that care within the sport.

Bookmakers RD Racing and Claydon Racing will move their pitches to Perry Barr and Coventry respectively.
Both have been at the forefront of Oxford Stadium – along with Robert Dunn – in providing plenty of sponsorship at Sandy Lane over the years.

Both bookmakers will be a credit to any track. Good luck to both of them.
