Agree with both of those at the prices, but been on Buddy from the start and took 9-2 ew after the first round, so delighted to see plenty of 5s now! Just want a run to qualify but it could be tough getting past the two railers. No bets for me, just fingers x'd.

Do fancy one at Crayford tonight but this place is a Jonah when putting them up so I'll cheer or cry in peace

He got stopped pretty much everywhere he went last week, done on the bend when just behind Bubbly Swallow and Peggys Style. He then checked slightly going by the stands first time as 2 was in his way, he then showed good gears down the back but around the bottom bends was either looking to move off and coming together with Bubbly Swallow or just ran the bends crap (i can't make out from the video), however i thought he would have came home quicker than he did.

I don't think Wimbledon is his ideal track to be totally honest. He still has a massive chance if getting a run.

Ding Hero does looks big at 9/2 for the reasons i posted on the other thread, think i'll throw a few quid on for tonight as well as o/r e/w

It's a good price Molly chopped him twice and took him wide after the last bend but saying that he auto been more braver at the 5 th bend thought he bottled it myself, he auto lead 1 3 easy if he holds 4 and 6 game on!
think mr p Starr summed up buddy befor the event very well (what we seen so far!!!) he's a class dog that can turn this lot over with a clear run!!! IF!

first race i think buddy is in for a torrid time around the first, wont clear trend or fletch and molly probably leads him and cuts across. peggys swinging roundoutside as well, could run up the back of a wall of dogs around the first. hopefully be skip round and cause a bit of trouble in behind but dont think we have the early to lead fletch and trend. can see us turning 4th and that will probably be the end of things for us. no opinion on who will win the race.

second race i like reagan a fair bit. i've heard people say romeo patrol, big price at 16s last race. i dont really think it was. if you put him in at 5s or 6s, you got to put that 10% elsewhere in the market. what do you do, make robles evens? put reagan in much bigger price? probably not. I was of the opinion he didnt really run the place before last week and i think 7/4 is an overeaction. reagan definitely has a ping in him and i can see him leading patrol tonight. no pace either side of him, hopefully he gets first run on patrol and i'd be disappointed if he didnt win from there. ding ought to lead inside and for that reason, i reckon the ding/reagan rev fc's are also a play.

The bubbly dog only took part around two bends very odd after his first round win!

The difference between the 2 rounds were rather head scratching

Semis come out lop-sided personally. The three i got an interest in Fletch, Buddy and Molly all drawn together. Would need a huge slice of luck for all to qualify.

About the other semi, Xavier let me down at huge odds last time, think it was 14/1, but didnt run badly. Large again at 10/1 and might try again. Yet to come away and you will see a different dog, if he does

As for Buddy, sure I wouldnt normally bet 9-2 ew but first 4 looked like a penalty kick, if he makes the final he cant be out the first 4, so its free. Almost!

Im not sure he likes the bends too much but he would have gone round clean third but for a knock at the corner. This is the hardest race he could have to try and qualify but hey ho, thems the breaks.

Got to say its the worst penalty kick since Diana Ross spot kick USA

How reliant is PS for 6 in this? I reckon its absolutely vital. They mix up any other seed (or 2 more seeds as I reckon 4 and 6 may qualify now) and  its a mess!

reagan like ronseal, does what it says on the tin - as the dogs came round the last romeo patrol was hobbling just after the winning line/before the bend. from first bend it seemed he might go backwards and a void race looked a runner. was carried off the track up by the traps, dont know what happened to the dog really hope he is ok but as i say was carried off, anyone with an update would be appreciated sinerely hope the dog is ok.

Just back from W'don, unlucky Addy she put in a very brave run I thought and tried her heart out, never giving in.

As you cant view the racing from the terraces watched from the bar at the top...sickening fall and slam into the sand for Romeo...the poor dog got up and hopped on 3 legs half the track very very slowly before he effectively collapsed close to where the hare would stop (at 2nd bend - classic distance)...was touch and go whether the race would be stopped..nobody could hop on the track to help the dog due to the barriers         so only the kennel hands in the middle could help and one ran across from the 3rd bend to the 4th bend (classic distance) and ran after the dog (up the home straight but other side of the rail) but could not catch him...was absolutely sickening to watch and I'm appalled at the track management  it looked v bad as the dog was finally carried off - as Addy said - over the neck of the kennel hand   I truly hope the poor dog going to be OK..

left a couple of races after, hoping for news the dog is OK and was worse than it looked really hope so

yeah cheers swayne dont think she got a run around the first and watching the video still cant really see what happened but she didnt lead and that was that when turning off the 2nd bend in 4th especially only a length clear of buddy, had him in for more trouble than that, considering things didnt go he way she still battled as you say and didnt throw it in and was just pleased she wasnt last in the end after all that. might be entered thursday for a supporting race, might have 2 weeks off before the oaks, will let mark make the decision.

Romeo Patrol take a nasty fall (sustained a fractured hock) hopefully he will recover from that looked worse

Played Xavier antepost as well as on the night and could dispute lead in final with Fletch but it could be Reagan and Buddy disputing favouritism, very close decider, imo though.

If successful, i wouldnt win much anyway. Had my finger in lots of pies

i dont think 7/2 fletch is short, i think its odds on he is leading off the 2nd bend with nothing each side of him or in the race really able to match him for 2 bend or even 4 bend speed. therefore 7/2 about the "obvious" leader in a race which has been won by front runners since they went over the other side seems fair enough in my opinion. looking at the race again, down the back, around the last two, peggys was a length ahead of buddy and despite him giving her a nudge off the last she stayed on and kept him at bay. that was very interesting i thought as before last night and during the race i really thought buddy would have got to her. very gutsy that imo.

I was amazed to see that RP say BB hit the front, never saw that at all.

I go much bigger MG, BF and BB, and more like 9-4, 11-4 about the bottom two

got the makings of a cracking race for sure DML, only reason id be a bit more cautious about blonde reagan is he is better front running than coming from behind, of course he can come from behind but both mark's think he is a better when dictating - in this race i just dont see anything leading fletch UNLESS musical gaga will turn right out of the boxes and crowds him up early. also think gaga has shown some good pace in this leger and for me was a bit of an eye catcher the other night. fell out the boxes, possibly a bit cramped around the bend, but watch the video down the back again, really ate some ground up from on an the bunny reagan going into the 5th bend before xavier came across, stopped his momentum and gaga was crowded again, before staying on nicely. i think a clean run and gaga could get close, can imagine a 100% market like betfair on the night making gaga double figures and if so i will probably be playing. as of yet, no bet but will just play the prices to my tissue if i do anything on the night, dont actually have an opinion as such who will win.

if reagan dont lead not the same dog , leaves peggys who has had clean runs when beating buddy both times compared to buddy getting trouble round initial turns

that leaves fletch leading and buddy in 2nd off 2nd bend which will do nicely

I also see him turning 5th. Even when he led for 20 yards previous, he's ended up going round 5th/6th. Cannot see him winning myself but we'll see, something surely will get first run on him, whether BR or PS. I do think BR deserves it, we all thought he wouldnt have the pace coming back from the 8-bends, plus trainer cant do anything wrong.
