Very competive comp, some good dogs on show no big involvement for me. Don't fancy bubbly, paddy, airlie, Tudor,
Ever since I see alien planet at Wimbledon I've been excited by him, will be backin him just waitin for rest of books to price up, I also think whittle murtagh 16/1 and graigues orchard 33/1 will go well Be lucky |

Dont know Panda. Spoke to Draper Irish Derby night and he said Eden was ready, just waiting for something suitable. Think he's taking the safe route and going for Laurels again. Could run over 525yds on Night of Stars if, as touted, Ballymac Eske going over anyway?

I thought bubbly had no chance at tight Yarmouth iwas so wrong!
he auto **** this to be fair! far better than the rest! Bower paddy auto be aimed at 6 bends IMO Planet seems to be in and out the doctors far to much for a young dog! just like that bitch mo one big run at hq that's it IMO 9/4-5/2 not for me might look at the angle great north run for a bet |

Phoenix and Alien good Derby dogs for next year, imo. Like them a lot but gone against the obvious with a pop at some big-priced runners.
14/1 Boher Paddy should be better suited to Newcastle and has the all round gears to go all the way. 33/1 Jaytee Pedro. Hinting at return to form and if bringing trapping boots, can make the best go. 33/1 Kowloon Conner been flying round Sheffield and Nottingham, admittedly on fast going though. Still interesting. 40/1 Jaytee Youngy did the clock at Kinsley and some fast dogs been round like Alien Planet. Ignore Romford form. Solid performer when away well |

Mags Gamble is at formidable best when getting to the front sooner rather than later, very impressive but may not find it so easy in future.
Bubbly Phoenix should still be hard to beat for outright honours (on an antepost treble with Killieford Deal and Ballymac Vic). Had Boher Paddy antepost but narrowly crashed out. Seems some want him over 6 bends, not so sure he would excel there. Time for ease in class think we can forget his getting a Category One success now. Alien Planet can start and do better. Still a big player. Two big-priced antepost through: Kowloon Conner and Jaytee Youngy |

Gone in 3 times now at 33/1 Kowloon Conner. Very much underestimated imo, everyone knows Draper's got some brilliant dogs and this one's not that far behind them. His Sheffield form puts him on a par with Tudor Prince and Skywalker Louie, yet they're half his price. Only 5/2 against Mags Gamble last time, about 8/1 tonight is well worth a play, although his concluding semi is very competitive. 29.07calc 500m Sheffield is very fast by anybody's standards and he's got the striped jacket again and much better drawn than the first round.
Skywlaker Louie is out to take the prized scalp of Bubbly Phoenix in his semi and at the prices, about 4/1 Louie, could be worth a dabble on this very game dog and Steel City Cup winner. 13/8 Alien Planet(NAP)looks good to me and hard to beat Phoenix still going on a little treble and got Jaytee Youngy antepost also. Fantastic racing! |

Super final with Bubbly Phoenix and Mags Gamble sure to be well to the fore in betting exchanges. Denwill Star prominent early and Skywalker Louie can raise his game in deciders. Happy to have Phoenix on an ambitious treble with Killieford Deal and Ballymac Vic, in Ireland. Mags flying but i still dont think he's as effective unless leading up nd that wont be easy. Like the dog alot and he keeps proving me wrong though.
Hard to see what happened to Kowloon Conner. My first thought was he showed fighting pace, attacked and took Lenson Bob right out when moving into contention for a qualifying position. Comment says hit rails though. There must have been a super-doopa spring in it though, considering where Kowloon and Bob ended up! Disappointing was Alien Planet for my money |

Priced up the final watched the types
Hows bubbly odds on ? I made mags and bubbly 6/4 a pair Took 11/4 mags last week Few on here got some nice hellcat money I fancy him again today see 4/1 about got a nice draw should have every chance ! Like lemon from t2 auto lead think ailen got a bad draw he did get put up in the air at the 3rd bend last little unlucky but that's the dog Was thinking of playing 4 in the sprint risky was **** last week, drum looks not right, |

By:
11/1 whittle to good to miss p p

Opposition to Bubbly Phoenix. Odds on earlier in the week, you can get 5/4 now. I've been waiting for Mags Gamble to come unstuck but never been starting better. No lightning time unless leading up here and Denwill Star wont make it easy, cant see that winning though, neither Whittle or Tudor, so still happy with my 14/1, each-way, Louie
Good luck all! |
