Great first round lads and lassie and some top scoring, especially by our first round leader nomug (who clearly isn't). Fastest in the first round were the twice retired Tyrur Big Mike & Ballymac Vic, so that's 25pts for whoever had those two. And 12 of the 30 entrants managed to get their bismark knocked out at the first attempt too.
Below is the first updated leaderboard and if there are any queries, please let me know.

Catford, I don't know whats the best thing to do. I want to be fair to everybody. As you have chosen Droopys Jet first, I have no problem in allowing you have him as your NAP but if people have an issue with this, you might just have to do without a NAP. I'll leave it up to everybody else in the comp.
BTW, I'll have an updated leaderboard after rounds 2 & 3 over the next couple of days.

Yes COM2, I suppose it depends on where we're standing and what other entrants think. Hopefully an updated leaderboard can inform some consensus ahead of the quarters. Thanks for your work on this and sorry for being a pain.

Funnily enouhh, i thought he looked on the way back on Saturday night - despite getting all the luck in the world. If he'd have stayed on against Puma in round two the way he did on Saturday night, he'd have won that 2nd rd heat. Think me might see him back to his best in an average enough quarter this Saturday :)

Okay, scores updated after the second round and those with Sparta Maestro (fastest of the round) really made their move. None of the remaining bug guns were knocked out so no more bismarks knocked out in round two.

Definate Opinion must be trading at long odds-on now. Great picking....
I need Sugar Ray big time!
Judging by some of the bismarks there will be a number finishing on serious minus figures!

Scores now updated after the quarter-finals and those who bismarked Ballymac Vic, got him out of the competition. But nomug made his biggest move yet and it looks as though it's possibly his to lose. He is the ONLY entrant to choose Tyrur Sugar Ray, who was the fastest of the four quarter-final winners. Still a few bismarks remaining too...

It's not an easy undertaking Wedge. I wouldnt like to do it, think i would struggle to do so anyway. Apparently, spreadsheets do all the work if you know how to use them and that Jane chick was prompt on the English Derby. Guess we just have to be patient a bit longer. No idea how i've done. Had 2 semi finalists eliminated, that would be my total i reckon. Lots went for Puma and some had Bismarks going a long way. Would be a bit of a shock if i've scraped 3rd

Apologies about the delay, I've just been swamped with work the last few weeks. I'll get the last two leaderboards done and put them up here over the next couple of days - With the all important final results too!

Just want to make sure i've finished in front of Irish. He says i'm useless but last i saw, he was virtually tailed off. He's got a nerve, that fella cant tip his moth-eaten flat cap!

Scores now updated after the final. Major changes in the decider, with so many points up for grabs, and by having three finalists, including Skywalker Puma as his NAP, Definate Opinion really does a 'Skywalker' in the closing stages to win the big money. Great effort by so many, with four entries having Skywalker Puma as their NAP, and ten different entries having Skywalker Puma as one of their selections. Great finish to the competition.

Thanks COM and congrats Definate. All boils down to getting a finalist or two, as i was in front after the semis. No excuses but thought Vic and Jet would have done better. Hope everyone who napped Puma lumped on at the start

Just looking back into this thread for the first time in ages to see who won and am pleasantly surprised it was me. That great dog Skywalker Puma who i napped and was confident right through that he would win is what swayed it for me, i think i also had Camas and Cuil Cougar as selections and of course they both got to the final as well.
Thanks to COM for organising and completing the tallies etc, it must have been a time consuming and ardous task i'm sure. Well done everyone else and roll on next years Derby.
