ricky holloway or john simpson

It has been the hot topic of conversation
on greyhoundscene all week..

People seem to see it as:
A vote for change with Ricky Holloway
against a vote for things staying as they are with John Simpson
(because of his connectons with John Haynes and other members of old guard)

A sub plot is:
Ricky may push for more prize money more towards open trainers
(particularly GOBATA members)
while John may favour graded trainers

I am not sure of the substance in either of these scenarios
but Ricky certainly knows how to 'rattle cages'
and in case we forget
only Greyhound trainers are voting

for the game to have any chance in the future only one call got to be ricky holloway,has vision ideas the other mob clueless just be in for themselves we must get this right or will be curtains
