My capital was tied up for 40 mins owing to incompetent staff. At the very least, the staff member should be banned and I could also potentially have a case against BF too, so pretty sure they won't be banning me.

not sure what the excuse is abot, but i noticed they settled the bext race at romford within a couple of minutes in any event a poor show from a £1bn company unfortunately they are a monopoly :( |
