what else can he say?......if he is doing the cards in detail and he is obviously getting the vids....why not back your opinion....
I like him. At the end of the day he's just a punter like us all trying to get a few quid. Remember is effectively being employed by the bookmakers funding the channel, part of his job is to encourage people to bet on the channel to help the turnover, advertising some of the fancy early prices that can be had if you know your stuff is the way he chooses to do it.
Not easy to rabbit on there for hours and make it sound interesting all the time. They all do a hard job very well. They got more patience than me anyway!
i'd love to be able to help myself to some of the early prices in the morning

As soon as something good happens for dog racing we get the usual rubbish on here. If you dont like it then bugger off and watch something else. Best thing for dog racing for years. Wish I could get to a track but I cant.Plenty others in the same boat. Keep it going.
Phil is a nice bloke good knowledge of the sport ,top man imo ..
Fair play to the guy,I like people who know the game,and he does,excellent all round.
Top man and no need for it to be honest, keep getting on Phil and ive got some spare Colgate knocking about if you or the thread starter run out, keep brushing

We used to work together PF. A gang of us were invited to a party after the Derby one year. Too late to drive back to Manchester so crashed on Phil's settee. Seem to remember now, my petrol cap broke and Phil had to force it off. Luckily got my deposit back on the hire car. Anyway, we all get a bit of spinach stuck in our teeth sometimes! 
I also think they all do a great job on this channel and the original comment is pure pettiness.

Phil is a really good judge. Makes those channel 4 pundits look terrible in comparison. Love him
I listened off my computer last night for a while without the picture.
When i just listened to the two guests talking it was like being transferred back to a table at any track in South london over the last few decades. The guy from bet 365 and donaldson, I swear it was like sitting at their table at Wimbledon
one of them shouting the odds on what was going to lead, which goes across, etc then the other (usually donaldson) coming in with the highly reasoned often contradistory after thoughts.
Pity we went out and done our dough with the bookies or the nanny, if we had just bet against each other we would be quids in now .
P S never heard anyone like pinky there though !
