PC must be getting through the Cola Light today.....not sure I could do a 6/7 hour stretch on the dogs but Gl to you RC for the stamina...
how long this bloke been on the comms? havent listened to hills for a while myself but turned it on today and am thinking this bloke must be in a straight jacket whilst doing it, very entertaining when you back the winner mind!

As for the 6-7 hour stretch, OVERSEAS, I'm only doing Craayford this afternoon so it's reasonably leisurely.
will look in more RC.....I managed to lay a dog at 15s then 90 secs later it was 9s....thankfully the 1 dog didnt pick the leaders up..
tbh i have been doing 9-30 straight through to 6-30 sometimes latly no breaks at all stamina in abundunce
