I take it all back about Billy...................strolled in to Belgique in Chingford and bought everybody brunch the other day didnt even flinch when they rung up £ 6.60..............what he didnt realise was that was just for the 2 Lattes, by the time the Beigels the Grand Belgiques and the pastries had been accounted for the total was £39.60.
And guess what? he didnt like the food, choked on it actually!!

did this come out of the office "petty cash" fund?

I imagine it gets very petty indeed when someone wants some money out of the fund...

That's the Billy we've all grown to mildly like over the years.

From Well St. to Chingford,Billy has still managed to wriggle out of paying for his food.

I'm not even sure he pays for it when he does his shopping in Tesco's !
