Tearaway John ran really well last night, he missed the break and then ran on well . Gets the trip for sure and the 100/1 is a great punt if he starts trapping round the 4 bends .

Glenroe did it well , Sleeping Urban was eye catching first time up .

Toby done well to qualify 1st run for over month,will improve if trapping will make final at big price!

King lee did the clock this evening , strode out well after getting a nice first bend lead .
Directors wit ran well enough .

Glenroe was led in a messy race won by Westmead Calr who looked a 50/1 shot on the run up , messy horrible race . Sleeping urban took care of Glenroe ginger on the run-in .

Director's Wit has a good draw between 1 and 3, needs trouble behind, can Lee do it again? 5 could be a spoiler.

Guys - anyone know if all highstreet bookies paid 1/4 odds E/W for 1,2,3,4 finish before the start of the whole competition? Particularly interested in C orals - I got paid by Laddies just don't know if C orals was 1,2,3,& 4.
