does the layer with the earliest knowledge just scoop up all the free money?

on thursday night/Friday morning I backed M Jordan for £75 quid in the Austrian when he was -2 after the first round, then as round 2 started i noticed he was withdrawn, so I didnt even have him play a hole for me before. put the bets on at 10.39pm and 1.02am

who gets the info that hes going to be pulled to pick up all the free money? his mates? after the round is over and theres a break, why would the bets on a wd player for that period not get cancelled? doesnt really make too much sense to me why anyone would leave money in the market at all overnight etc when it could just be lost without any play happening whatsoever

It is the rules , Failed a covid test.I never knew testing was still going on , very unlucky.
He was still on the Euro leaderboard when the round started.
