seemed crazy. in the worst spot possible and gets to drop it away on a nice patch and no penalty. have to feel for scott but thanfully it wasn't a major. i thought bob had duffed his shot but seems it was a practice swing. have to feel for scott and scott backers - that rule needs looking at. ruined the event for me as a spectator and i'm a bob fan!
