For the truly committed, not sure how Brooks is double figures so I'm a backer again. Had a bit of Tiger at 48s earlier in the week, warm weather forecast should be good for the back and not getting cool overnight in Jersey either should help with the morning start.
Also done Rahm, Fleetwood and Leishman so all form horses bar the goat.

Guessing the forum reflects the average golf fan at this time of year, if you end the major season in July then the WGC is already after the Lord Mayor's show, then the fans are supposed to get excited about the Fedex events which is just the same already super rich guys competing for a big chunk of money. Given how many fans probably think of golf in terms of the majors, having that season go April-July makes no sense, if they want to have these events in August and maintain some interest they should put the PGA in mid-September to the main part of the season runs April - September instead.
Anyway, the fact Scott won here last time with Delaet second suggests it's ball-strikers who can't putt we're looking for, so I'm chucked a few quid at my boy Wyndham Clark.

Tournament match bets....Brooks 2.1 Rory 1.9 yet Brooks if favourite, scratching my head about that one.

Always seemed a bit strange for Stevie to come out of retirement for a guy whose best days might be behind him with all the injuries he's had.
Would absolutely sum up my year if Merritt ran away from a world class field one of the few weeks I've not bet him. Been backing all the right guys, just never the right weeks.
If Wyndham could avoid starting every round with a DB he'd be doing OK.

Spieth had ANOTHER amazing break yesterday-even by his own admission-and got an unbelievable birdie 3 when he was easily looking at 6+. We all have some luck at times playing golf but he is unreal.

Nice to see Rory`s honesty and completely accepting the decision, so different to the footballers who will be starting another nine months of diving, cheating, stamping, trying to get other players sent off, cursing, spitting, trying to fool the referee etc.
Looks like a pretty windy day so might keep the scoring a bit tighter. No surprise that Sneds is the man on the charge.
Wyndham's opening holes are improving, just a bogey today.

disagree terry. Think they have got it right with 3 events. The play-offs bring the best in the world together for three weeks at a time of the year fields would traditionally be weak. I quite like the new schedule gives a little light to the euro tour in the autumn. Id make two changes move the pga to september/october and move the wgc event to the week before/ after preferably back at akron. Thing this would give the new season a kick start but still allow players to finish early october if this is what they want.
Players trying to keep their cards for the following year,cut and thrust golf and great for betting, anyone remember the tourney at Vegas where it was s hit or bust for some of the guys,proper entertainment!

Just read this is voted the worst course on the tour by the pros by some way,would never have known that.
