i was expecting Brooks to do the same sort of thing as DJ is doing and dropping the shots, fair play to him, gonna trade off my red as im a little less confident in Brooks losing now
Some performance considering he was 7 over after 25 holes.

Didn't give him due credit for last year but this is superb. Such a good record in majors, could win a bunch of em.
the USGA say the aim for par to be the winning score so they got thier wish this year, i think they could go about it a different way tho
reed, brooks, dj, thomas, spieth, fowler, if the us team aren't a lump for the ryder cup this year i struggle to see who is.

Great tournament, Brooks Koepka gets the job done again whilst Stenson again flutters his eyelids.
koepka the majors master. showing much more heralded players how it's done. probably helps to not have a pulse.

good to see someone at the top of the leaderboard at the end of round 3 won. would have been a farce if fleetwood had won finishing hours before the leaders and that would have been 2 days in a row someone from miles back took the lead. all for making it really difficult but the USGA got away with one here
if i'm being hyper critical Fleetwood's one of these talented streaky players who's much better suited to coming off the pace and when it counted ,bottled that putt on 18..no way he would've shot that had he been in the final cpl of groups imho..u guys may disagree

yes of course... in fact even when he won in dubai earlier in the year he wasn't in one of the very last groups if i recall
but of course a lot of golfers do much better when they aren't under the pressure of the final group... somebody said that it would be ridiculous if fleetwood had won because he wasn't in that pressure situation... in part I agree with that but it's also an interesting element of golf that you don't really see in other sports, that someone who is seemingly out of it can win.

yeh I agree, they set the course up perfect yesterday for a US open, tough but possible to put a score together
Thought they over compensated yesterday myself, after the farce that was Saturday. Too easy for a final day for me.
