Hi system 99, Mick had a 'horror show' last year at Quail Hollow in the PGA 79 and 74....he was 36th in the Master's when last seen...I have 'a lump' on him in a match bet against Casey but I am seriously worried about that missed cut last year....here's hoping.
Same course ...slightly different set up...not any easier!

ahh i am caught up now, i had missed the "in the pga" bit from your post earlier
i took a year out from golf so knew little about the pga event but i suspect it was a very different course judging by only 12 runners being under par which is not the "norm" for this track.

Looks like Mitchell just tonked it onto another one. Guy is an absolute beast. May or may not be this week, but guy is a win waiting to happen.

yep, didnt accept his punishment with first in water, experience will sort that
a bit of a aftertime but i did change my mind on tiger after about 9 holes and managed to lay him off for most of my stake, he certainly didnt look right playing, i am instead going to go for Hatton to push on from his good first round.Hopefully that will be the last bet i make this week
Thought they set it up to be a good bit easier than the PGA, if it is it's not by much.

Hope he holds out till the Reno event and makes his way into that field. Loves making eagles and birdies, only weakness is the unforced errors that will sort in time, until then the scoring format of that event seems a match made in heaven.
i think this could suit Michael Thompson with the way its playing, if he ever has a good showing or a win its in tougher conditions, i remember backing him after he was leading an event years ago andi managed to get 20/1 while he was leading and he holed everything for the next 3 days and it could be more of the same here

5 wins from 7 54 hole leads - certainly say he is a good front runner - having said that this will be a tricky course to hold a lead. I don't care who as long as it's not Wise.
over last 8 years front leader Saturday night has only won it twice (25%) chance, what more concerning is Mr Day not had around of 70 plus -the winner over last 8 years 7/8 hit plus 70 at least once on a round -what am saying is Jason due bad round !!
I said stick to Masters form for this and Day is leading ....he cruises home and the bookies know it 8/11

seems judging by early play it's setup primed for the bigger hitters today
for your interest, day led 15 times after 3rd round, won 7 of them
maybe more interesting tho, 9 of 15 were in 70s and only twice of 15 has the 4th round been better than the 3rd!
im gonna have a bit of a punt on Watney, been injured a long time and hopefully he is having one of those weeks when everything just clicks and he can find some form from years ago. maybe im hoping a bit much but gives an interest for tonight!

142 feet of apex and landed 45 feet short of pin and had no chance of stopping. How are you meant to play the hole aside from hitting the pin?
There always seems to be one player that haunts me during a tourny - Wise has been that guy for me this week

This bet alone got me 'out of Dodge'...hope some people got place money out of Mick,,,Casey ended up drawing with him in Match bet..%&*!$*...All in all I finished ahead...but it wasn't pretty..it's onwards and downwards for us all to Sawgrass...see you on the 17th..
