Looks like a slightly nicer day for the early starters today, in which case could be a decent draw bias for the late - early boys after they got perfect conditions to finish their rounds last night.
Big question for the morning will be whether Spieth can maintain yesterday's form and run away from the pack, for the sake of an excitement most other than Jordan backers will be hoping not.
Sadly we won't see any of it, though, as the committee haven't deemed the Golden Child (or Rory) worthy of a featured group.

I suspect the featured groups thing is all about throwing international broadcasters a bone -when the early groups go off it's evening in Asia and yesterday we had Hideki in an early featured group and today Haotong- I suspect pairing Tiger with and Englishman and an Aussie was no accident either.. Imagine this was planned in advance so no room to flex to Jordan after his round yesterday. That said, I'm not sure how many hardcore Chinese golf fans will be tuning in, and I imagine plenty of them would still rather see Jordan and Rory.

Today, Friday, BBC2 have highlights at 17:45 of Thursday's round 1. No idea if or when I will see round 2. But the good news I can see "Put your Money where your Mouth is" and "Escape to the Country"  |

Looking at the hourly for tomorrow worst weather / possibility of thunder looks to be late afternoon / early evening. They should really go a bit earlier to avoid it but I bet they'll still have the final group out about 3pm as usual.
