CONGRATULATIONS TO FRANKIETHETORY 2017 CHAMPION GOLF TIPSTER!!!
We did have a bit of excitement in the final tournament, because FCH picked Dylan Frittelli at 150/1, which would have been enough had he won. Nobody had 12/1 Jon Rahm for the DP World Tour Championship. Nobody needed him! Except FRANKIETHETORY, that is.
FRANKIETHETORY did pick Jon Rahm at 55/1 for the Farmers Insurance Open back in January for his first winner of 2017. He followed that with Brett Rumford at 50/1 for the World Super 6 Perth. Then in April he had Wesley Bryan at 70/1 for the RBC Heritage, and Kevin Chappell at 33/1 a week later in the Texas Open. Then came the big one! Si-woo Kim at a massive 300/1 for the PLAYERS Championship to take a huge lead. And as if that wasn't enough, just a few weeks later, he picked Renato Paratore at 150/1 in the Nordea Masters. And finally, Bryson DeChambeau at 55/1 for the John Deere Classic. 7 big winners, and I am sure you will all agree, a very worth champion!
Well done Frankie - a worthy winner indeed - well done to the others that placed too - looks like bridesmaid position for me Good job everyone, but especially to EB for running such a fantastic and enjoyable tournament. I'm sure others will echo my sentiments when I say your efforts are greatly appreciated and I look forward to next season

Cheers all. I look forward to doing battle again next year, and I hope others will join too.
There will guaranteed prize money in 2018!
And a few changes to the format which I will announce in the next week or so

Cheers fellas, especially El Bandido who has done a superb job running the competition.
Not had a great run since DeChambeau while other seemed to be plodding along. Admittedly had taken a step back in making my selections after Si Woo Kim sent me miles clear.
I'll be back next year to defend it!

Really enjoyed the comp - even led for a few weeks. Well done Frankie ( if you're going to pick a 300/1 shot do it on a double week). Big thanks to EB for all you're work and fairness and roll on next year.

Okay, so all prizes settled, for those who posted on Twitter during the Final Series. And for those who didn't, still happy to pay out the prizes to all, subject to an equivalent amount of tweeting (9 weeks) at the start of 2018 and/or in what remains of the Qualifying Stage.
The whole idea of posting on Twitter is to reach a wider audience and bring more entries to the comp. So all tweeted picks are greatly appreciated, as are any retweets, likes etc especially over the next weeks in the run up to the start of the 2018 Masters Series!
