What should i do? write a claim to MGA?

I mean they must void/cancel All market and not only bets on Jonson
11.2 refers to tournament match bets. In other words, head2head markets like Johnson v Spieth, or Johnson v McIlroy etc. In those cases, the whole market is void if a player doesn't start.
But for outright markets, it's only bets on that player which are void (so 11.1 applies but not 11.2).

there is no one word in 11.2 about head-to-head markets. there are no logical and legal arguments in your words. word tournament means whole tournament but no what you means "in other words"

A tournament match bet is a head to head market. The rules are perfectly clear, you were settled correctly with a loss. Very unlucky, but Betfair have done nothing wrong. You can't cancel the outright market because one player withdraws. If you want to lay the field stick to horses where you are protected with the reduction factor.
