Will only be able to hit it 350 yards instead of 450!!!! Ffs that's my luck at present. Been backing him for ages for this with 12,s and 14's at some bookies.

Price dropping again? Not sure on the rules of golf betting but if he pulls out is it money back?

If he starts then the bets is live.  If he withdraws after a few holes it is a loser.

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Dustin Johnson's manager says the world's No. 1 player has taken a serious fall on a staircase on the eve of the Masters.
David Winkle of Hambric Sports says in an email that Johnson fell on the stairs of his rental home in Augusta on Wednesday. He says Johnson landed hard on his lower back and is resting with discomfort.
Doctors have advised Johnson to remain stable and start taking anti-inflammatory medication.
Winkle says Johnson hopes to be able to play in the Masters when it starts on Thursday.

if your on you might be best served with a withdrawl as any other bets on the masters will be quids in

I don't remember her having a serious fall down a flight of stairs on the eve of Wimbledon.

It would be funny if Dustin turned up tomorrow and didn't know he had an injury.  Best "fake news" ever. Devil

Some thoughtful analysis in this news report. Happy
"He “hopes” to play in the opening round but if he misses that it’s hard to see how he could play any part in the competition."

Off at 2.03 pm so a bit of time on his side for some treatment.

The trouble is you just don't know what they mean by "serious"

Generally the wider population thinks it means having considerable difficulty walking/moving such as with a broken bone.

Sportspeople have different definitions.

Brufen, rest it, see the physio in the morning.

I've got a theory about this. I don't reckon he fell down the stairs at all.

I think he's got problems with his back in general like a lot of these hard hitters (tiger, day) and doesn't want to admit to it.

just my luck anyway that I happened to back him today. bet he plays and pulls out after two rounds limping Cry

Could it be some people around him are avoiding him having to do numerous tedious interviews, sponsors commitments etc to allow him to get into complete focus.  Have the clever people around DJ used an innocuous trip to their advantage?

Straight out of the JDay playbook.  Expect him to wince and back-clutch his way to an 8 shot victory.
