A choice of DVD Box Sets on nearby coffee table : 'Fresh Fields', 'The Charmer' (starring Nigel Havers), 'Queenie's Castle', 'Nearest and Dearest', 'Braquo', plus a selection of outstanding Blu Ray major motion pictures ('Mutiny on the Buses', 'Blue Is The Warmest Colour', 'Bring Me The Head of Alfredo Garcia', 'El Topo', ' Pingu's Insatiable Voyage Through the Crack Hos of Redcar'), and a few harmless 'specialist' magazines to see the Great Man through a 4 day marathon.
I think we'd all agree, a richly-merited retirement.
