Imo he is very capable but seem to hit a brick wall when the finish line approaches  has the game to win it his price IMO is ridiculous  short. @14/1 Would rather back the likes of Fowler @ 33's thats a no brainer for me.

DJ is reaching that point in his career where he needs to get the job done and win a big one. He is only 31 at the same age Mickleson hadn't won a major and many described him as flaky under pressure. If DJ wins one I wouldn't be surprised to see him win a few.

He always has a chance due to his ability to over power a golf course. His biggest problem is he makes too many mistakes. Not sure it is necessarily him bottling things - he played superbly down the stretch last year only to three put on 18 when the hard work was almost done.

I can see why people say he is too short but I wouldn't be surprised if he trades lower. Not sure he is a good enough putter to win this week.

father in law must be able to help with coping with pressure

hes been much better on thurs fri than sat sun, of late, so he needs
to work on that

i'm not sure hes a choker but hes managed to find some
situations to get out of winning....can only increase pressure ?

i'd love to see him win a major, ....

In his last 7 majors he has finished top 7 five times. The two he didn't were the last two opens although last year he was in a great position after 36 holes.

He certainly seems to have a problem scoring as well on the weekend. A few years ago Rory had a problem with Friday scoring. The more it happens the bigger the issue must become although im not that sure anything bothers DJ. I suspect what he really needs is a top caddie who can talk some sense into him at the crucial times.

About to head into yet another weekend of a major with DJ out front. Looks head and shoulders above this week, but still can't trust him till he is over the line. I don't remember Sergio or Lee ever having so many dominant positions in majors. Up there in plenty of them just like DJ, except DJ dominates until he blows it. Mind boggling.

I backed him loads and suffered every choke. Decided to give him a miss this week so will probably see him hose in Laugh

Stenson got his bottle in nice and early. Sergio/Westwood/DJ in the final groups Sunday would be compulsive viewing. 'After you sir;.....no after you.....'

Let´s see. The #624 in the world in his first major playing against Johnson, Garcia, Westwood (and Lowry). There is only one way this can end. Laugh

Even if Dusty looks like winning he either finds a way to ground his club in the bunker, 3 putt, drive the ball in someone else land.

Well done Dusty, shame about the sideshow. The reaction for everyone on tour was priceless, tweet of the day going to Bowditch.
