Kind of thinking those that skipped Torrey or missed the cut may have an edge here, but still looking at Sneds again all the same. Don't think he really peaked for the win, 3 so-so rounds followed by a pearler in the wind that had it's fair share of luck, dropping bombs with the flat stick. Hasn't hit his ceiling form wise if he brings the intensity.

Im exactly the same rhino. His form here is fantastic as well. Just cant leave him out at 16/1 (Im even more confident now we are on the same player again!)

agree on sneds Rhino,his putting has been woeful for about a year. If that's back... but i won't be backing him lol. not sure who yet got narrowed to 5 which is 4 too many

Have added Martin Laird Top European at 13-2. Not many in the field this week.

Some big prices about at the bottom of the market. Got 700s on both Camilo and Stefani. Levin at 500s (scene of the crime for him). Back towards the top Piercy at 3 figures and Moore at almost with their track records here well worth a flutter.

Snedeker struggled missing fairways and round Torrey that was fatal.
He done well on holes he hit the fairways. On a course where errant driving not so harshly punished he will be ok. |

i still reckon early in season is prone to repeat offenders winning two in a row. or at least going damn close and trading real low v SP.
and that 'practice' that sneds had on monday must have been pretty enjoyable. having a chip and a putt while others go to work and losing to you. it wouldnt have really felt like a win if you know what i mean? i mean he didnt sleep much sunday night but it wouldnt have been that stressful being in the position he was in. thus i propose its possible he backs it up as opposed to the usual winners regression theory. |
