I have also backed Bohn 80-1 without the big 3 has been in top 13 in 4 of last 5 starts and 35th in this tournament last year. Streb is another at a big price 66-1 all in and 40-1 without big 3 in good form top 18 in 5 of last 6 starts and 9th here last year.
By:
Also backed Bohn 25-1 for top 5 finish and 9-1 top 10 finish. Day is the very obvious selection won 3 from last 4 and also has by far the best course form with a 2nd 3rd 7th 13th and 51st in last 5 years in this tournament. Not backed Day as prefer to play at bigger odds.

DJ or wee mac

Wee mac for me, played magnificent on the saturday in this last year, but then ran out of petrol on the Sunday. Also playing in Boston with it's strong Irish links should help him on his comeback trail.
Coming into this he's also had a much lighter schedule than he did last year. Of course Day is feared as seems to be holing them from everywhere, driving magnificent as well, but tough ask to win the Barclay's and then this back to back after also winning the PGA, anyway the odds are starting to reflect his chance. |

By:
tut cheers fella , thats diappointing was strong on him, may have to spread a little around the 500/1 + guys, some are outrageous prices.
then again may just do the tricast day/speith/donald ![]() ![]() |

Well the big 3 may dominate but this is such an easy course anyone with a hot putter can contend. Chris Kirk reigning champion, Chez Reavie should of won in 2011, Charley Hoffman 2010 winner so I'm hoping a few huge priced outsiders may be up there.
Carl Petterson@400 - Really found his form late in the season, if you take out the 2 majors his form figures are 5/MC/12/4/6/MC. Tight Plainfield was never going to suit last week. 9th last year here, has also finished 4th and 11th in the past. Also knows he's gonna lose his belly putter, maybe why his form's picked up. Daniel Summerhays@390 - In decent form, 8/11/MC/43/6. Isn't the longest hitter which may play against him, but he's dynamite with the putter especially on easier courses. Matt Jones@330 - Had a good season, hasn't done anything here but course should suit. Jerry Kelly@940 - 10 top 25s this season. Getting on a bit but will have good support. 11th in 2009, 10th in 2011. |

Hunter Mahan - for reasons i've long since forgotten.
By:
Got a solid starting line up here, Day, Henrik, Koepka, Furyk, Matsy, Sneds, Reed, Lee, Walker and Na.
By:
How can Day go from 13-2 to 5-1 after making birdie on the first!
By:
well this is looking ominous from Mr Day. This is tigeresque stuff now. Poor Spieth getting lapped by him after two holes.
By:
Hard to beat a guy who's striping it 340 down the centre of every fairway and can't miss a putt.
By:
every shot so far bang on line
By:
Just give him the ten million.
By:
At least during the Spieth era he sometimes gave the others a chance.
By:
This is all over already.

By:
Spieth appears not to have a b game.
When he is off he seems to be brutal. |
By:
Day looking very good at the moment but got a feeling he'll go off the boil at some point. Bit early in the event to be writing it off already, although he's clearly the best player in the world at this moment, I must admit from a personal point of view I can't really warm to him.
Maybe it's all that G-day mate stuff. |
By:
jordan looks in a heap of trouble, painful viewing. we all know golf is hugely psychological at any level, and he seems to have lost all confidence. feel koepka and finau should have better weeks this week, would love duffers to contend but have a feeling that's heart over head!
By:
Wouldn't worry too much about Jordan just yet. After the season he had in all 4 majors not surprising he's a bit flat at the moment, all a bit after the Lord Mayor's show for him I think.
By:
Speith is probably a bit burnt out, he's only human after all. They have these brutal schedules of tournament after tournament of high-pressure golf. Last year he also went off the boil before bouncing back for the australian open and hero world challenge.
By:
wtf happened to the course??!!??
supposed to be a scorers course, is there big winds or something?? |
By:
Yeah, think it's a bit breezy. Although I'd have thought Finau would have coped a bit better with his phenomenal talent.
By:
you're probably right ranger, i've been on him since that australian open and not been enjoying it the last few weeks! he'll bounce back though i'm sure. he's been on the go for a while really
By:
Well you've made plenty out of him I'm sure!
Anyway I reckon Rory will take this and go on to win the fedex cup. It'll be a fitting end to the season. |
By:
with the scoring being lower than expected so far, i'm going in pretty big on senden, hoping to trade a bit back later, also knox and peircy added - all @ 300+
By:
just noticed - how is poults over 300!! had a top 10 here and playing better this year arguably than anytime, yes people seem to think he's a c0ck but 300 + !!!!
By:
i'm sooooo glad most of my bets are in the W/O BIG 3 MARKET - them boys are good!!!
By:
Go Dustbin go. Every tournament I promise myself I won't back him but I do anyway. It's an expensive problem.

By:
DJ is really braindead. How did he getaway with that
