I placed a 250 pound bet at 21/10 on 'finish in the top 5' market but have only been paid out 258.33. It should be 775. Can anyone help me as to why this is?

Thanks

Hi Nobby.  This is because of Dead Heat rules.  There were six players tied for 4th place, so there are six winners for two places.  Two ways of working this out:

1) If you like fractional odds, it is one third of your stake at the advertised price.  So instead of £250 at 21/10 you get £83.33 at 21/10, returning £258.33.

2) If you like decimal odds, it is your full stake at one third of the decimal price.  So £250 at 1.033, also returning £258.33.

Hope this helps!
