anyone else have a large delay with the events happening after the sound. i.e clapping beofre the ball is on the green.

I think it's to do with that ball tracer thing. Yesterday was awful, balls landing on fairways seconds before they cut from the camera shot of the tee shot. Seems a bit better synched today.
